Bookkeeping:

Accounting methodology and implementation of the internal control system:

• Účetnictví se nevede pouze z důvodu povinností daných státem, ale je základním pilířem vnitřního kontrolního systému.
• „Účetnictví nepotřebuju, mám čísla v hlavě.“ je základem pro katastrofální omyly manažerů
• Pokud má firma fungovat, musí fungovat v ní nastavený systém. Pokud má fungovat systém, musí být nastaven a odzkoušen. Pokud je nastaven, musí být kontrolován. Pokud má být kontrolován, jedním z hlavních pilířů je správně vedené účetnictví.

INDICATIVE PRICES

For each client we calculate the price according to the indicative price list of services, while the final price can be set by agreement.

• Consulting services are invoiced by the hour based on a timesheet.
• The annual accounts are invoiced separately at an average cost per month calculated from the last quarter of the year.
• Other requirements, e.g. participation of the accountant in audits of the Social Security Office, health insurance company, etc. are billed separately, according to the hours agreed with the client at the rate of CZK 900/hour.
• Tax returns, e.g. road tax, real estate tax, at a rate of at least CZK 1,800 per return (depending on the scope – number of cars, acquisition and disposal of real estate).
• Ordinary tax consultancy related to the client’s regular economic operations will be invoiced according to the hours worked at the hourly rate of CZK 1,800/hour for the tax advisor and CZK 900/hour for an assistant tax advisor/accountant.
• The price per billed item (= line in the ledger) is approximately CZK 40.
