About us

Daně a audit s.r.o. company. was established in 1996. In this company work auditors and tax consultants with years of experience.

Since its inception the company has focused especially on tax and accounting consultancy, processing of tax returns and audits of final accounts of companies and not-profit associations. Since 1999 the activity of the company has been enlarged by accounting. We conduct accounting according to the Czech national standards and if needed also to international standards IAS.
From the very beginning the motiv of the company has been to provide quality services for favorable price.

Managerial staff of the company

	Ing. Dagmar Beránková Auditor - certificate number 1749, tax consultant – certificate number 1697. Graduate of Vysoká škola báňská – Technical universtity of Ostrava with business praxis at various ecomic functions and accounting. She is long-standing tutor of Association of accounting- and other training agencies and an official referee in the field of accounting. As a tax consultant she is active since 1995 and as an auditor since 1997.
	Ing. Šárka Nademlejnská Tax Consultant – certificate number 4187, Assistant Auditor – certificate number 2398/0. Graduate of Vysoká škola báňská – Technical University of Ostrava majoring in Finance and Business Economics with long-term experience in accounting. She became certified tax consultant in 2008 and worked as an assistant since 2005.
